HR Innovation Award 2018
At the PoliMi conference “People 4.0. Anticipate the future so as not to chase it”, Coop Alleanza 3.0 was awarded the “HR Innovation Award” 2018 in the capability assessment category, thanks to the innovative “MeToo!” Online Assessment project developed in collaboration with us. The project won the award for best leveraging of digital technologies as a lever for innovation and for improving key processes in human resource management and development. Award received from the Polytechnic University of Milan. Additionally, during the event, the award recognized our commitment to innovation in HR practices.
